However, this process carries high risks and there is almost no margin for error. Temperature changes affect the strength and integrity of the concrete. It can lead to cracking, breaking, and collapsing of the concrete.
As a result of the intensive efforts and engineering solutions of the GeoAnts Ar&Ge team, Temperature Monitoring Solutions, a simple and effective solution that allows the continuous monitoring of concrete temperature at single or multiple (series, grids) points, enables temperature controls of the concrete to be carried out from the moment the concrete is poured and begins to cure, allowing for proper curing at the right time. Depending on project requirements, up to 20 different measurement points can be installed per data channel. The single or multi-channel FASTDAQ data acquisition unit and specially developed desktop software provide an easy way to monitor temperature changes.
