ABS Inclinometer Housing

Inclinometer cases are installed in boreholes and concrete structural members to monitor the relative displacement caused by the movement of soil masses. This inclinometer case is fully compatible with mobile and on-site inclinometers. The 3m long case has an outer diameter of 70mm. The body is made of ABS plastic and has rails oriented 90 degrees. It connects with 78 mm outer diameter couplings and provides less than 0.3 degrees of spirality in each segment. This connection provides long-term durability and stable tracking performance.

Connection is made by taping and riveting together with application chemicals to guarantee water tightness. In installations in conventional vertical inclinometer wells, the casing will be ready for service after the injection of the water, cement and bentonite soil mixture.
