 In order to monitor the relative displacement caused by the movement of ground masses, tilt gauge casings are installed in boreholes and concrete structural elements. This tilt gauge casing is fully compatible with mobile and in-situ tilt measuring devices. The casing, which is 3m long, has an outer diameter of 70mm. The body is made of ABS plastic and features rails oriented at 90 degrees. It connects with couplings that have an outer diameter of 78mm and provides less than 0.3 degrees of spirality in each segment. This connection ensures long-term durability and stable monitoring performance.

The connection is ensured through banding and riveting with application chemicals to guarantee water tightness. In installations of conventional vertical slope measuring wells, the casing will be ready for service after the injection of the water, cement, and bentonite soil mixture.
