Droplet can be used to monitor water levels in well drilling. It is a practical, affordable, accurate, and precise meter. It is easier to use as an alternative to existing groundwater table monitoring systems that require the use of a scaled tape measure.
Droplet can instantly measure the water level and can also be easily used in several drilling locations with the same data collection box. The affordability and flexibility of Droplet allow it to stay in the well as long as you need, thus enabling continuous data collection.
Droplet provides an accurate and precise estimate of the groundwater table height as long as the height of the drilling depth is known. Barometric pressure correction is essentially done by the application. Data flow to any smart device based on Bluetooth connection protocols has never been as easy as with Droplet.
The Droplet is lowered into a cased well with known depth and connected to a 9V battery-powered portable data collection unit. The system is turned on and paired with your Android-based smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth through the GeoAnts Droplet (Droplet) application, which can be obtained for free. After this easy setup, you can sit back and monitor the real-time groundwater table data stream through your device.
